We are seeking a comprehensive service partner for a battery storage installation project located in Khavda, Gujarat, India. The project involves multi-phase battery shipments, warehousing, on-site installation, and collaboration between international engineering teams.

Required Services

Warehousing:
Secure storage solution near Khavda, Gujarat, with a capacity of 200–300sqm dedicated to battery storage. -
Import Support:
Assistance with all aspects of import documentation, customs coordination, and goods handling at the port of entry.
Designated personnel required for ongoing coordination, documentation management, and engineering support for received equipment. -
Visa Processing:
Facilitation of visa invitation and processing for two foreign engineers for the duration of the project. Their presence is critical for successful installation and commissioning. -
On-Ground Support:
Arrangement of accommodation and transportation for visiting engineers throughout their stay.
Provision of a dedicated contact person for ongoing support and problem-solving during the project.
A technical team of 3–4 local technicians/engineers to collaborate with the foreign engineers during installation and commissioning is also essential.
